Standard shipping rates (3-5 day) are based on a sliding scale according to the total price of your order. Items are shipped from our Lewisville, Texas office. International postage will be recalculated according to international rates and will be reflected on your invoice. For two-day or overnight delivery, contact the VLM office.

Refund Policy

Registration and Tuition for Events are nonrefundable, but are transferable to a different person, different date or different event.

Books and Other Products in new condition may be returned for refunds within 14 days of purchase minus a 20% restocking fee. Postage will not be refunded.

Defective products (such as a CD that does not play) will be replaced at no cost to the customer. Notify VLM office by email or phone.
